If you're interested in the latest products, services and ideas for the tyre, fast fit and garage trade then make a date for the Britryrex International exhibition in Manchester from 5-7 October.
Brityrex has longstanding origins in the UK tyre industry but in recent years has evolved to fully represent today's modern tyre and fast fit sector by becoming an international show bringing together tyre and equipment suppliers from around the world. British suppliers will be there in their dozens and will be joined by companies from Belgium, China, Germany, India, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore and the United States.
Paul Farrant, managing director of exhibition organiser ECI International, says: "The tyre industry is now a global business and the UK has become a truly international market place with tyres and equipment sourced from dozens, if not hundreds of different countries.
"Brityrex is very proud to be the UK's only dedicated tyre and equipment show but we have also moved the exhibition on so that it represents the essential workshop and tyrebay equipment side of the business as well as the traditional tyre sector. This year's show will be at least 20 per cent larger than the last exhibition in 2007 so there will be plenty of opportunity to meet new suppliers and see the latest products and services," he explains.
Between the numerous tyre wholesalers and international tyre manufacturers present at Brityrex it will be possible to source dozens of different brands covering every conceivable tyre application from car to truck and van, off-road to agricultural, industrial to forestry equipment. Many of these are well-known suppliers but there will also be new international manufacturers eager to establish distribution deals with UK based specialists.
