Chinese tire exports to Mexico will enjoy zero tariff from Feb.8th, 2015. Mexico's recent decrees adjusted several MFN rates of customs tariff including adding Tariff No. of 4013.90.99 (Motorcycle rubber tubes) and 4011.40.01(new inflatable Motorcycle rubber tube). Mexico consider there is no production of the above two tubes in domestic, while corresponding exporting countries usually did not sign free trade agreements. Therefore, Mexico decided to change importing MFN tariff rates to these two numbers of tire products and reduced the rates from original 15% to zero directly.
