High dispersion silica production capacity 32,000

Rhodia has announced, will the United States and Europe in high dispersion silica production capacity 32,000 tons.

 The company's Chicago Heights, Illinois plant expansion project in the fourth quarter of 2011, while in France Port-au-plant expansion project to be put into operation the first quarter of 2012. The two projects together just recently put into operation in Qingdao, China 7.2 million tons production capacity, investment will enable the company three high dispersion silica capacity growth of 40% or more.

 The company said the expansion project will ensure that it is a global tire manufacturers to provide high-quality white carbon black, to meet the demand for fuel-efficient tires.
